  • The full International Symposium schedule will be released as we draw closer to the event date.

  • Yes, continental breakfast and lunch are included in the registration fee.

    All meals provided will accommodate GFD restrictions. You are welcome to bring your own food, but we cannot provide refrigeration.

  • Yes, all attendees who registered during normal and late registration (excluding day-of, in-person registrants) can pick up their complimentary book(s) and materials at check-in or the concierge desk.

  • Yes, we encourage you to bring your spouse and children to the International Symposium.

    Children under the age of 12 can attend free of charge. Please contact events@tmai.org to register your children.

  • No. However, March is our rainy season, so come prepared for potentially rainy and cold weather.

  • Click HERE to register online. Walk-up/day-of registration will be available but is not preferred.

  • If your registration has not been accepted or there are any technical problems, complete your registration on a desktop or laptop and/or use a different browser with zero browsing data (ensuring your cookies and cache are cleared). We recommend using Firefox or Chrome browser in incognito mode and with no auto-fill features turned on.

    If you still encounter technical problems, contact us at (818) 909-5570, and we can complete your registration over the phone.

  • Yes, we will notify you with a confirmation email immediately after you have registered.

    If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folders and consider adding emails@brushfire.com to your email-approved sender list before seeking assistance.

    For additional TMAI-related news and updates, add info@tmai.org to your address book to prevent emails from going to your spam or junk folder.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    If you can no longer attend the 2026 International Symposium, you can cancel your registration for a refund anytime before February 17, 2026. There will not be any refunds issued after February 16, 2026.

    To request a refund, email events@tmai.org. The email must be sent by the person whose name appears on the registration, regardless of who made the payment. Refunds will be made back to the credit card used in the transaction.

    CHANGE POLICY

    Changes to registrations can be accommodated before February 24, 2026. To request changes, email events@tmai.org. The email must be sent by the person whose name appears on the registration.

  • Yes. The 2026 International Symposium will be held on Tuesday, March 3, with volunteer set-up opportunities available on Monday, March 2.

    To serve as a volunteer, you must be a member of Grace Community Church or Grace Baptist Church, or a student or graduate of The Master’s University or Seminary.

    All approved volunteers receive complimentary access to the Symposium and are welcome to attend sessions during the times they are not serving, as their schedule allows.

    If you’re available and would like to serve, please sign up using the volunteer form HERE. Volunteer registration is preferred by Tuesday, February 20, 2026, to help us finalize schedules and assignments.

    A one-time Volunteer Preparatory Meeting will be held on Sunday, March 1. We strongly encourage all confirmed volunteers to attend, as important role details, schedules, and instructions will be shared. If you’re unable to attend, key information will be provided by email, text, or phone.

  • After you register, our team will review your submission and send a confirmation email within 1–3 weeks with your volunteer approval and next steps.
