Mark Tatlock

  • Dr. Mark Tatlock is the president of The Master’s Academy International (TMAI) and a professor of missions at The Master’s University (TMU) and The Master’s Seminary. He previously served as executive vice president and provost of TMU. Dr. Tatlock brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience to TMAI and has been actively involved in theological training for cross-cultural ministry in both urban and international contexts.

H.B. Charles Jr.

  • H.B. Charles Jr. is the Pastor-Teacher at Shiloh Metropolitan Baptist Church in Jacksonville and Orange Park, Florida, where he has served since 2008. Outside of his ministry with his congregation, he regularly speaks and teaches at churches, conferences, and conventions across the country. He has contributed to several books and journals. Pastor Charles is the author of It Happens After Prayer, On Preaching, On Praying, On Worship, The Difference Jesus Makes, Getting Right with God, and Reaching God’s Goals for Your Life. His latest books are Treasures of Truth and Psalms of Trust. Pastor Charles and his wife, Crystal, have three children: H.B. III, Natalie, and Hailey.

Alexey Kolomiytsev

  • Alexey Kolomiytsev (M.Div., 2002; Th.M., 2005, The Master’s Seminary) serves as pastor-teacher at Word of Grace Bible Church in Battle Ground, Washington, where he has ministered since 2002. He also leads Word of Grace International Ministry, which includes the Bible Institute and Media Ministry and focuses on spreading biblical truth and training pastors throughout the Russian-speaking world. Alexey is happily married to Tatyana, his faithful helper of more than 40 years.

David Robles

  • David Robles serves as teaching pastor of Iglesia Evangélica León and founding president of Berea Seminary in Spain. He is also regional leader for the schools of TMAI Ibero-America. He has a wide preaching and teaching ministry mainly in Spanish-speaking countries. He is married to Loida, and they have three daughters.

  • Santiago Armel is married to Juliana, and together they have two children. He graduated from The Master’s Seminary with an M.Div. and a Th.M. and is currently a D.Min. candidate. He is the church planter and lead pastor of Iglesia Bíblica Cristiana de Cali, and the Vice President and theology professor at Expositors Seminary in Colombia (TMAI Candidate School).

  • Dr. Chris Burnett (Ph.D.) serves as Director of Content and Curriculum for the Center for Biblical Missions. He spent seven years planting churches in Italy and the Republic of San Marino, and later earned his M.Div., Th.M., and Ph.D. in theology and missiology from The Master’s Seminary, where he now serves as a Faculty Associate. He also serves as Associate Director of Academics for The Master’s Academy International, supporting excellence in pastoral training around the world. Chris and his wife, Erma, have three sons: Davide, Ean, and Luca.

Shannon Hurley

Expository Preaching in Discipleship

  • Shannon Hurley is a missionary serving with Sufficiency of Scripture (SOS) Ministries in Uganda since 2006 with his wife, Danielle, and children (www.sosministries.com). He is the author of The Quest for Truth, which is a step-by-step discipleship tool leading people to understand the gospel in its depth. He received a Bachelor of Arts from The Master’s University, and both a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry in Expository Preaching from The Master’s Seminary.

  • Matthew Zuk serves as TMAI’s Manager of Development and oversees the TMAI Church Partnership Program (CPP). Matthew recently completed his studies at The Master’s Seminary and lives with his wife and three children in Alaska, serving as an elder at Anchorage Grace Church. Matthew’s heart is to serve local churches by helping them engage with TMAI’s Training Center ministries to form genuine partnerships built on the mutual desire to equip indigenous pastors.

Bernard Jones Jr.

Expository Preaching in Local Cross-Cultural Ministry

  • Bernard Jones Jr. is a Dayton, Ohio native and a graduate of The Master’s Seminary, with over 20 years of ministry experience across the United States and Africa. He serves with The Barnabas Fellowship, strengthening support systems for underresourced pastors in underserved mission fields, and is a pastor-elder at Citylight Church in Dayton. Bernard collaboratively serves with others to expand access to trained biblical leadership, relational discipleship, and sustainable gospel impact in complex contexts. He and his wife, Rose, are raising their six children, where they value hospitality and life shared in community.

Massimo Mollica

Expository Preaching in Evangelism

  • Massimo Mollica grew up in Los Angeles attending Grace Community Church (GCC). After working as an engineer (B.S. UCLA), he attended The Master’s Seminary (M.Div.). He served as a missionary church planter and evangelist in Italy for 15 years as one of the founding pastors of Lux Evangelica Church in Genoa. Additionally, he served as an adjunct faculty member of TMAI Italy. He currently serves as a Missions Minister at GCC, where he works on preparing new missionaries for service through Grace Ministries International. Massimo and his wife Susanna have four children.

Kwacha Simwaka

Expository Preaching in Youth Ministry

  • Kwacha has served as a lecturer at Christ Seminary in South Africa for approximately seven years. He has been involved in youth ministry for more than 15 years and currently shepherds the young adult, junior high, and high school ministries at Christ Baptist Church in Polokwane, South Africa. He is married to Amanda, and they have five children.

Philippe Viguier

Expository Preaching in Worship Ministry

  • Philippe Viguier (BA, The Master’s University; M.Div., The Master’s Seminary) has served as a senior pastor in Lyon, France, since 2015. He is the co-dean of Faculté de Théologie Scriptura in Quebec. His ministry experience has included developing several worship ministries throughout the French-speaking world. He is the author of The Glory of God: A Biblical Theology (Lexham Press, 2013), and several other titles in French. Philippe is the grateful husband of Sophia and the happy father of six children.
