Video Testimonies & Requests

ALBANIA

SOUTHEASTERN EUROPE THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY (SETS)

  • For the Lord to strengthen the faculty and staff to faithfully serve and teach the students. Their desire is not only to impart knowledge, but—together with the local churches—to care for the students’ hearts as well. For the students to value and appreciate the time they spend together in God’s Word.

  • For God to raise up young men and women with a deep love for His Word and a desire to serve Him in ministry. For them to pursue theological training with hearts committed to honoring God, proclaiming the truth of the Gospel, and shepherding His people faithfully for His glory.

Canada

Faculty of Theology Scriptura (FTS)

  • For financial provisions needed to fund a building expansion project and new student scholarships, so that FTS can provide support to full-time students preparing for ministry. Pray that these investments will bear lasting fruit in pulpits and congregations across the French-speaking world.

  • For effective partnerships and lasting impact in the global network of French-speaking ministries. FTS is dedicated to growing a community based on doctrinal commitment and gospel advancement, especially as God provides opportunity for satellite training with TMAI partners in France and Madagascar.

Croatia

Theological Biblical Academy (TBA)

  • For Christians in Croatia to grow in their depth of study of God’s Word. One of the ongoing challenges believers and churches face in Croatia is a lack of biblical literacy. Many people have some familiarity with Christianity or religious tradition, but they have not always had the opportunity to study the Bible clearly, deeply, and systematically.

  • For the next generation of TBA faculty—that the Lord would bless those who are currently teaching and that He would provide more faithful men to teach their countrymen to have sound doctrine, cultivate Christlike character, and preach His Word faithfully.

Czech Republic

Czech Bible Institute (CBI)

  • For the growth and maturity of the leadership of the Czech Evangelical Church. The Reformed movement in the region has largely been rebuilt by younger pastors and church leaders, many of whom are in their 30s and 40s; they often feel the absence of an older generation of mature Christian men who could provide wisdom, mentorship, and guidance as they seek to establish healthy churches on biblical foundations.

  • For the translated resources to serve and mature the Czech church. Thirteen new book titles have recently been released. Through publishing, theological education, and pastoral training, CBI is seeing a growing hunger for sound biblical teaching among church leaders and church members alike.

Germany

European Bible Training Center (EBTC)

  • For the ongoing EsraBibel translation project. For the Lord to continue blessing the efforts of the translators as they work to translate the Bible accurately, book by book.

  • For the spiritual growth and discernment of Christians in Germany. One of the greatest challenges Christians face in their cultural context is the growing opposition to Christian values. As the culture continues to secularize, it is marked by increasing hostility or indifference toward biblical truth—even within the church. This spiritual illiteracy leaves many believers vulnerable and susceptible to error and confusion.

Italy

Verbum Evangelical Institute of Theology (ITEV)

  • For the churches in Italy to embrace a one-on-one pastoral care and discipleship culture. While many churches already practice this faithfully, in many others that culture of intentional personal discipleship is still absent, and it is not easy to be among the first to introduce it. For the Lord to raise up mature believers and pastors who can personally walk alongside them, guide them, and care for them spiritually.

  • For the new students of ITEV. The training center has existed in its new form for just over a year, and in His great faithfulness the Lord has already allowed them to see between 25–35 men consistently interested in growing in pastoral ministry. In order to faithfully care for souls, pastors must be continually trained, equipped, and encouraged through fellowship with other faithful men. For the Lord to mature the students to become faithful churchmen, shepherds, and expository preachers throughout the region.
